T72's are
probably one of the best known tanks in existance. And,
still used around the world in big numbers. Originally
designed in the late sixties to replace the popular
T55, the T72 was bigger and basically had more clout.
With a stabilised smooth bore 125mm gun that could upset
anyones day.
During
the cold war, the T72 tank was very secret and we only
came to know about it during 1977. They were built under
licence in Czech, India, Iran, Iraq, Poland and former
Yugoslavia.
The
actual two available are in the top three and bottom
three pictures respectively.
And are best described as like new condition, with no
visible wear on the tracks and good paint finish.
