Tax exemption?
Exemption is not really the correct word. Any vehicle built up to 1973, is entitled to be registered in historic vehicle tax category. You still will get a tax disc, that you will need to display..
The tax disc although will say nil, proves the vehicle was insured at the time of taxation. This nil fee will stay for the vehicles life, or unless government policy is changed.
